Ohjeita yleisesti

Tulethan tapahtumaan ajoissa, jotta sinulla on aikaa jättää tavarasi ilmaiseen narikkaan sekä etsiä oma istumapaikkasi. Odotathan, että kaikki vierustoverisi ovat saapuneet, jonka jälkeen voitte kaikki istuutua ja kippistellä kuohuvaa! Juhlan aikana nautimme yhdessä kolmen ruokalajin illallisen juomineen.

 Vuosijuhlissa on tapana laulaa lauluja sekä pitää puheita. Mukana laulaminen on suotavaa, myös laulujen ehdottaminen. Jos omistat Laulumatin, ota se mukaan.

 Jos et sellaista omista, tule ostamaan yksi JoIO:n toimistolta hintaan 5e/kpl.

Käyttäydythän asiallisesti koko juhlan aikana ja huomioit muut juhlavieraat. Toivomme, että pöydistä ei huudella eikä puheiden aikana syödä tai puhuta kovaan ääneen. Jos haluat puhua koko juhlaväelle, pyydäthän luvan tapahtuman seremoniamestarilta. Ethän ota omia juomia mukaan.

General instructions

Please arrive early to the event so you have time to leave your belongings in the secure cloakroom which is free of charge throughout the evening. 

. Please wait until all your fellow table guests have arrived, after which you can all sit down and sip your bubbly!

During the celebration, we enjoy a three-course dinner and drinks together. We will make speeches and sing songs. Singing along is encouraged, including suggesting songs.

If you own a Laulumatti, please bring it along. If you don’t have one, come and buy one from the JoIO office for 5e per piece.

Please behave properly throughout the party and be considerate of other party guests. We ask that you do not shout from the tables or eat or talk loudly during the speeches.

If youwish to speak to the whole crowd, please ask the Master of Ceremonies for permission. Please do not bring your own drinks. There will be
plenty of time during the evening to buy drinks and enjoy them.
